Due to the personal-use and hygienic nature of our lash products, opened or used products are not eligible for return.
Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging and condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
